Video: Sir Tom On “Paul O’Grady Live” Friday, September 10, 2010
Saturday, September 11th, 2010Don’t mean to preach but today, September 11, 2010, is nine years since that awful day. I worked at the Twin Towers following the first bombing in 1993 and, of course, cannot ever forget 9/11. In fact, we must all remember it and pray for a world of peace. Right?
Sir Tom was on Paul O’Grady’s first show last night. He sang Didn’t It Rain and was interviewed by O’Grady. I know a small bit of this is missing (like the beginning of the interview) and if I get it, I’ll put it up.
He performs here with his band and his singers.
You can watch it in the TJI.com Video Library.

Sophie Hiller (dark hair) and Laura Crtichley are the vocalists. The opinion generally when they played Las Vegas is that they weren’t up to the standard of the women who have sung backup for Sir tom over the years. The O’Grady show showed them off much better than other shows.
