Here’s where you’ll find TJ photos and stories that don’t fit into any other categories. It is, as its name says, just for fans — and, hopefully, for fun.

More Tour Dates For Tom Announced; A New Single In Europe; Don’t Forget The “Best of Las Vegas” Vote! Details Below

Don’t Forget! You’ll find “Best of Las Vegas” ballot online here. Just scroll down to #9 (“Hotels: Best Singer”) and fill in the blank. Of course you can vote in any other category.

The deadline for voting is 5 pm Pacific Standard Time on Monday, January 26.

You can only vote one time and it only takes a few minutes. Why not do it now?

The second single from 24 Hours will be Give A Little Love and it is, according to reports, set to be released in Europe on February 9. The video thus far is Tom singing the song on Jools Holland’s Later.

It’s also been reported that went gold. As much as we hope it did, we’re still looking for confirmation.

Below are corrected dates for Tom until early March. The dates were corrected on his website and we can only believe they are definite but, as we know, nothing is set in stone. We were told last month he’d be in Europe in February. Clearly he won’t be there at the end of the month. Maybe the first three weeks.

Links to the venues or to ticketmaster where available are below. The previously announced Florida dates are still there and the venues are posted on this site below.

February 24: New York City, Terminal 5, February 25: Washington, DC, 9:30 Club , February 26, Albany, NY, Ticketmaster.”>Palace Theater, February 27, Asbury Park, Paramount Theatre

March 1 Boston House Of Blues, March 3, Chicago, House of Blues,
March 6, Los Angeles, Club Nokia,
March 7, San Francisco, Warfield Theatre, and March 10, Anaheim, House of Blues.

Is this the first time Tom has put out 2 singles,I’v never heard of it before. Is it allowed ?!

  2. Terry Says:

Hi, Thursday night showed TJ at House of Blues, Chicaog, today on another website shows Cleveland HOB, do you know which is correct, and if it’s Cleveland, do you know if he’s coming to Chicago at all? Thanks

  3. monica j Says:

Yes, could you please look into the HOB Chicago date? I also see where TJ is in Cleveland rather than Chicago? Thanks.

  4. Lisa Says:

I am planning to buy tix for Tom’s show at the new House of Blues in Boston. It is brand new and does not have a seating plan on its website yet. I’m assuming the floor level is standing only. Does anyone have a recommendation on where to sit/stand. I was wondering if the balcony seats are better than the floor to see him. I’m assuming most House of Blues have the same layout. Thanks!

  5. Moderator Says:

First, Gill, what do you mean “is it allowed?” The artist, record company and the artist’s management make those decisions. Go back to Elvis with Hound Dog and Don’t Be Cruel as an example. One was supposed to be an A side, the other a B. But both became number one hits.

Lisa, Terry and Monica: Most of the HOBs have the same layout. Cleveland does not appear on the schedule at the moment. Call the HOB in the city you want to know about and they’ll answer your questions.

I found a website that says they offer presales and presale codes. Don’t have time to check fully, but you might wish to check it out.

  6. Ed Says:

I just noticed on Tom Jones.com they have him listed at The House Of Blues in cleveland for March 3 2009 i have been in touch but nothing is confirmed but the House OF Blues in Chicago said they had just recieved word the show for March 3 there was canceled so now I am totaly confused

  7. Terry Says:

Ed and Monica, I just talked to HOB in Chicago, the operator told me, its still on the schedule, but not official. I think we just need to wait a couple of days to let it get straightened out and official.

  8. Ed Says:

I am sorry Terry you need to call LiveNation in Chicago they do all the booking for The House Of Blues in chicago they are the ones who said tey had just recievd the news the show in chicago was canceled i am like you just wait to see I know originally the show for The House Of Blues in Anahiem was for February but is now Tom Jones.com as March 10 as I said very confusing

  9. linda parker Says:

    D>C> 9:30 Club Oh Yah!!!

  10. linda parker Says:

That date at the 9:30 is not filled in. I just checked the website and the 24th & 26th are scheduled for others. I guess it’s just wait and see. Thanks for the info Ellen!

  11. Moderator Says:

Everyone: Unlike what I usually say —you know, “It’s not official until you see it on TJ.com” — please be aware that contracts have to be signed and all the pieces put in place. In addition, having Live Nation so involved can have the process take even longer. Just wait it out a few (business) days and see what happens.

  12. Vince Says:

I’m ready for Asbury Park!!!!! Bring it on!!!

  13. Brianne Says:

Hi Everyone!! Does anyone know about any Atlantic City dates?

  14. Moderator Says:

Brianne: Not sure it’s true, but I heard there are no AC dates scheduled through the spring. Again, not sure it’s true! Like Las Vegas, Atlantic City is going through really tough times and the casinos are cutting back. (In Las Vegas, as has been noted) gaming is down 59 (!) percent. Here, many entertainers have what they call “four wall” deals, so the expense to the venue is much less than there. Luckily for AC regulars, Tom is playing many one-nighters in the region. It may be more annoying to get to the shows but, in the end, it probably costs less.

  15. Brianne Says:

    Thank You!!!

  16. Gill Says:

Sorry for this late reply.I ment what you explained about is it allowed ( by the record company)I also see what you mean by the A and B side. Thank you.
