Herman Matthews & Friends (And You Know ‘Em All) At the Bootlegger Bistro Tomorrow Night

HERMAN MATTHEWS AND FRIENDS PLAY TWO DATES AT THE BOOTLEGGER BISTRO IN LAS VEGAS
Herman Matthews and Friends is unlike any group you’re likely to hear today. Their funky, soulful jazz is the result of seven master musicians with divergent backgrounds and tremendous talent coming together and letting loose on amazing music.*
Kenny Anderson (sax), Frank Strauss (keyboards), Brian Monroney (guitar), Bill Churchville (trumpet), Ric Fierabracchi (bass), Mike Turnbull (trombone) and Herman Matthews (drums) have each played with top musicians.
Several are Tower of Power alumni and among them they have played with Gloria Estefan, Arturo Sandoval, Phil Settle, Kenny Loggins, Elton John, Joe Cocker, John Hiatt, Willie Nelson, Billy Joel, Tom Jones, Melissa Manchester, the Doobie Brothers, Kid Rock, The O’Jays, Percy Sledge, Robert Goulet, WAR, Dwight Yoakum, Ben E. King, Shakira, the Beach Boys, Ann Hampton Calloway, Chick Corea, Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, Vince Gill, and others.
They will be at the Bootlegger Bistro, 7700 Las Vegas Blvd South, on November 1 and November 8.
The shows will begin 11:30-ish and there is a full menu available.

We my husband, my twin sister and our mother were there at the Bootlegger Bistro on Saturday November 1, 2008 and enjoyed a wonderful meal and very attentive waiters and then along came Herman Matthews and Friends and I believe my 83 year old mother had as much fun as anyone,smiling and moving to the music.
You can tell how much all the guys enjoy playing and we certainly enjoyed hearing them.
We had to leave for home on Thursday, today the 6th of November but would of liked to have stayed and listen to the guys again Saturday, November 8th. Be sure and go if you can.
