KCRW, the NPR station out of Santa Monica State College, today features a song from 24 Hours. They’ve also posted the publicity photo from the CD in color.

I love it! If it’s any indication of the other material on the CD, which I’m certain it is, Sir Tom will have tremendous success with this recording. The anticipation for the new CD is overwhelming. Good luck Tom! All the best!

First I was a bit sceptic about this new release, but have to say the songs getting better the more you hear them.
I really hope this is gonna be major succes. When it does we are gonna visit Vegas again!!!

Love the photo and the song!!! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that he will include some of these new tunes in his next MGM appearance. If he did it would certainly boost CD sales. Like everyone else, I’m hoping the CD will be a big success in the USA. TJ deserves it.

Love the picture – that’s the new cd cover? – great!!!! Thanks for posting the song – I love it!! But I also like Sugar Daddy – Boom Boom – Sugar Dee Dee – Sugar Daddy…..and I haven’t heard it yet -lol- but I have a feeling “Sugar Daddy” will be a BLAST for us fans and for TOM!!!

I just love this song to….there are no words for our Tom!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the whole CD and I haven’t even heard all of it!! Tom sounds soooooooo great!!!!!!!! Thanks for the Cover and the song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the title “24 hours” and I do love this song, the rythm and the very nice melody stay in mind very quickly.
I pray God for this song to be number one in the whole world.

From the very sad 24 Hours, on to something bright and upbeat…that’s our versatile Tom!!! No one can duplicate this man’s great song-style and charisma!!!

Like everyone else, I like the picture (finally up to date – if only the MGM Grand will take note..) and the song is upbeat. I see people dancing in the aisles.. security guards getting upset.. I think this CD is going to a big hit in the U.K. I don’t know how successful in the fickle U.S. though. Playing it on KCRW, which I think is a kinda talk radio is a correct move, going for the right demographic. It’ll give him something to hawk on the talk shows which will put him back in the limelight, but I don’t think it’ll be a smash here because his management hasn’t marketed him continuously through out the years (I’ve mentioned my gripes before).
As for Sugar Daddy and people not liking the lyrics – come now! Bet you all loved blues song “Just Want to Get Me Some”.. I think it’ll be in that vain, hopefully, and we’ll all laugh along with Tom as he sings it.

Norman: We have no clue if this is “the actual CD cover.” But, we’re glad you like it anyway.
And for all those who are worried, perhaps (and we have no inside information) you should consider the fact that he wasn’t executed like he said in Green Green Grass and he never really knifed Delilah. Could be it’s just a song.
