Congratulations to Herman Matthews. You Can Hear His Music Tonight On “K-Ville”
Sunday, October 21st, 2007Congratulations to our favorite drummer, Herman Matthews. The title track from his CD Home at Last will be featured on the new Fox network show K-Ville, starring Anthony Anderson and Cole Hauser. As the show is a police drama set in post-Katrina New Orleans (hence the name K-Ville), Herman’s song is perfect for it. (And if you haven’t heard the CD, check it out via Herman’s website.)

This is a great show, and if you know New Orleans, it is a good show to see so many familiar scenes. Am sure Herman’s music will make the show even better.

Did anyone watch K’Ville tonight??? I didn’t hear Herman’s music tonight so was very disappointed. I missed the first five minutes so it was possibly played during the intro of the show.

Well….I am disappointed that no one has posted they heard Herman’s music on K’Ville. I must have watched the wrong night as I did not hear his music.

Hi I tuned into K-Ville the other night. Ireally enjoyed the program. More importantly I enjoyed hearing Herman’s Titletrack!!!Way to go Herman. All of your hard work and talent is really paying off for you.I found the song to be perfect for the program.As I am sure many of the people who fell victim to Katrina are glad to be “Home At Last. Congats Herman.

The song was aired on K-Ville Monday October 22, 2007 Episode: Critical Mass.
It was played toward the end of the program for about 50 seconds… and I could not have been happier with the placement.
I just need more of that sort of thing to happen.
That episode can also be bought on iTunes… under TV Shows for a small fee.
Also if you want to write a review of “Home At Last” go to iTunes and let your mind go free. There are only 3 reviews of the CD on that page.
