Another “Delilah” Oddity
Monday, September 10th, 2007Even though we hope you’ll answer our question of the month (below) we wanted to add to our growing list of Delilah oddities with this.
It’s the Red Army Choir and the Leningrad Cowboys performing the song.(We found out that after the Soviet Union disbanded, their official choir remained to perform.)
Enjoy! And please do answer the question of the month.
Thanks, Paula.

Great that you found this! The Leningrad Cowboys is a Finnish band and when they perform with the Red army ensemble (very infrequently), it’s one hell of a show they put on. And they perform a lot of great covers in their concert. Their show is the second that I would like to attend to, after Tom’s.
Just had to comment on this one!

That was fun to watch and listen too. I wonder if you could “feel” the voices from the audience. Sort of like watching a marching band go by in a parade! I was kind of chuckling though because the man who is singing was getting winded at the end of the song. It just proves how much stamina Tom has.
