The moderators were having fun and asked for a caption to the photo and because it's a "from the front and straight on" shot that showed his necklace I thought I'd ask a question. The way this site is designed we can only ask questions directly to Ursula and Ellen (our moderators) via e-mail or go off topic in one of the comment sections (as I have done here) to ask a question to all who view, unlike in a forum setting. I totally agree delilahdarlin that the jewelry doesn't make the man; that as you say succiently "his voice, stage presence and personality" make him who he is.
